Background
Winter Addams arrived in Los Santos from Luxembourg on February 7th, 2023. She came to the city to visit her favorite cousin Victoria Addams. They had grown up quite close, sharing the same dark sense of humor and penchant for all things creepy. Unbeknownst to Winter, another cousin, Oleander Addams, was also living in Los Santos. Winter is no fan of Oleander, as Winter feels Oleander is pretentious and believes that due to Oleander’s foray into public office she is a sellout and another cog in the machine of bureaucracy.
Winter is very stoic & cold in her demeanor. She will most often be found lurking about watching & listening to those around her. Winter is an artist and finds inspiration and beauty in her surroundings. Winter is intense & honest in her relations & conversations with others. Her manner of speaking is quite blunt & monotone. She gives the impression she is uninterested & bored in most situations, thus ensuring those around her continue delicate conversations, allowing her to gather information easily.
Though Winter is polyamorous by nature, she has recently found herself in a committed relationship with Arturo Morgenstern. Arturo is the only person who has seen her smile and heard her laugh. He, along with Winter’s new friends; Fae, Kash & Ella have introduced Winter to some criminal activities, though she has yet to be charged with any crimes.
