The Lost Motorcycle Club - led by Jon van der Linde - is the city's longest operating gang.

Background

1996 - 2022

Following the murder of his wife, Jon van der Linde helped form The Lost MC to fight the accused Angels of Death MC. Enraged by recent events, Jon was suited to his new role as MC Enforcer alongside his new brothers led by Billy Grey as President and Johnny Klebitz as Vice President. Other members included Terry Thorpe as Sergeant at Arms, Brian Jeremy as Secretary, Jim Fitzgerald as Treasurer, Clay Simons as Road Captain, and Jason Michaels and Angus Martin as patched members. These 'First Nine' members fought viciously against their newfound opponents throughout Liberty City, resulting in tremendous casualties on both sides. The biker war nearly annihilated both sides, with few members known to have survived on either side. To this day, Jon van der Linde is the only member of The Lost to have survived.

2022 - Present

For years, Jon van der Linde searched for the right moment to start again. He needed a group strong enough to fight back against the unbridled lawlessness he saw around him. Albeit a criminal himself, he sought to provide his own unlawful protection of Los Santos. Enter Frank Delaney. One evening, Jon visited the UwU Cafe for sustenance when he encountered a gruff hardy man leaning against a beat-down rat bike motorcycle. After a lengthy discussion, Jon came to realise he had found someone worthy of avenging his late wife's murder and could take The Lost MC to heights it had never achieved before.

Without a clear-cut hierarchy yet established, Jon and Frank set about recruitment. Soon encountering the savage Douglas Davidson, his fearless wife Marley Davidson, and the psychopathic Margarot Doubtfyre, they formed the new 'First Five' and founded the newest chapter in The Lost's history. Since joined by Zeb Faulkner, and Maverick King, the Lost MC has never been stronger thanks to strong rank positioning and fearlessness.
