Backstory
George Sinclair Was once an Actor on a TV Show in the 90's Named "Jack Revolver: Time Detective" which was semi popular in the Vice City region but not popular enough for a second season. As most would consider the show a Flop. George saw it as a huge success in his career and would brag about it to this day.
After 2 years of failed auditions back to back George decided to try get into a different form of Media, The news. And in 2000 George signed on to become a News reporter for Vice City Weazel News. He mostly chased after News stories involving Gang Wars or Drug busts and wasn’t afraid to be on the front lines to get the best camera angle possible. This coverage helped George gain a following and even started to get a decent amount of money for his work. George felt like he finally found his calling to life and continued to cover the news in Vice City for the next 15 years and overtime George felt more and more unstoppable.
During his Prime as a D-List Local celebrity In Vice City George loved to live a lavish lifestyle spending as much of his money he could by buying the most expensive cars, clothes, women and drugs he could afford, He even gambled with his money at Casinos and developed a slight gambling addiction. He also grew a large moustache and kept it well-groomed, and it quickly became part of his signature look.
Unfortunately, in the year 2015 George was caught on camera doing drugs with prostitutes and when the video was released to the public George was immediately fired from Weazel News and lost all his credibility.
Looking to get a fresh start in life George decided to leave Vice City and move to Los Santos in 2021 to try and rebuild his career as a news reporter from the ground up.
Los Santos Early Days
George Arrived in Los Santos with no money left to his name after losing almost all of it to the IRS back in Vice City for tax evading. He signed up as a small time news reporter for Los Santos Weazel News, There he met Oleander Addams an up and coming Independent news reporter who got along with George for the most part. They collaborated on several news story's together and helped each other with whatever news they were investigating. While Oleander like to observe on things from a safe distance George Was on the front lines with a mic and camera.
The Lost MC
One day while George and oleander were looking for news, they noticed a suspicious looking Van leaving the Lost MC Property and driving into the Patterson's Cab Co and then Exploding moments later. Oleander and George took photos of this whole event and even took pictures of the Lost having a private meeting with Patterson and his employees right after. Unfortunately They were both spotted by The Los and Patterson so they decided to flee the area before they got captured.
Soon after this event George was contacted by one of the Lost Members to meet with the President of the Lost MC Jon van der Linde at a secluded location. In this meeting Jon told George to delate all copy's of the Picture he and Oleander took or they will both die, George agreed and later told oleander of what they had to do but instead of deleting the evidence Oleander stored her photos away in a safe location. After letting Jon know about this Jon told George to kill Oleander or they both get killed by the Lost. George agreed to this and a few days alter George lured Oleander to a secluded Dock and tried to kill oleander with a baseball bat. George quickly fled the scene of the crime in Oleander's car and parked it beside Patterson's Cab Co to try and steer the blame on himself. Shortly after George found out that Oleander survived the attack but she had no memory of what happened to her so he kept it to himself and continued to work with Oleander hoping she never remembered what he did to her.
Sinclair V Patterson
George decided he wanted to become something more than a News Reporter. So in July of 2022 George tried to become Mayor of Los Santos, he was approved to run by the Commissioner of The LSPD and his campagna begun, Unfortunately there was another candidate running for Mayor. Oliver Patterson. The Owner of Patterson Cab Co. Who not only had a larger reputation than George but also was making deals with other Factions to secure votes. So after a tough battle of politics and schemes Patterson became the First Mayor of Los Santos leaving George bankrupt from his Failed Campaign.
Rock Bottom
After Losing the Mayoral Campaign, George went on a downward spiral with drugs and alcohol. Even going as far as tazing the Mayor in a fit of rage which led to him faking his death for a few weeks. During this time George planned how to get his revenge but got found by police after getting pulled over. He made up and excuse that he was on vacation in Belise for two weeks and didn't know people were looking for him. Amazingly this excuse worked and the warrant was lifted from him. After this George decided to focus on making money via any means possible.
The Vagos
George and his Cameraman Roger Taylor Came up with the idea to buy guns from a gun store and sell them to people without a gun licence, Some of these people were in a gang called the Los Vagos had frequent visits with George for guns and he made a decent amount of money from their business with him. One day George got a large order of guns from the Vagos while Oleander was working with him so he tried make an excuse as to why he was meeting with them but she didn't buy it and called the Police which led to the Vagos getting raided. After losing there guns the Vagos were not happy with George and suspected him being a rat so they confronted him and he told them that it was most likely Oleander who told the police. So they told George to take Oleander to them. George found Oleander and held her up at gunpoint and in the heat of the moment George told Oleander that he was the one that tried to kill her on the dock. He then took her to the Vagos and to prove his loyalty, The Vagos wanted George to be the one to kill Oleander. He pointed his gun but in the last second he changed his mind and shot the two Vagos members instead, letting Oleander live. Because of this, Oleander decided to forgive George for almost killing her but their friendship was never the same.
Mayor Sinclair
After spending the next couple of months recovering from his cocane addiction on the Tropival Island of "Cucamontutu" Sinclair returned to Los Santos a Clean man with a possitive Look on the future and decided to Run for mayor again This time he was up against Thatcher Wright and to everyones suprise, Sinclair actually won the election and became the Mayor of Los Santos. If someone were to say that his time as mayor was a success and a benefit to the city of Los Santos, Someone would be lying to you because pretty much everything went wrong almost immediately....
Sinclair V Cartel
While sinclair was Promoting his mayoral Campaign with Roger, They decided to do a staged photo of Sinclair hold a Cartel Member up at gunpoint, Unfortunately while they were taking the photo the real Cartel were watching them and decided to attack Sinclair and Roger, They both Fled the area but the Cartel would not give up the chase, The whole thing eventually escalated into a full blown terrorist attack a few weeks later apon the entire city of Los Santos Where the Cartel Kidnapped Mayor Sinclair, Forced him to livestream one of the Cartel members Killing their own Leader and Usurping role as the Head of the Cartel. After the Livestream Sinclair was thrown out of a helicopter and he was put into a coma for 2 Weeks. When George awoke from him coma he was advised to face the Public and make a press confrence to talk about the disaster that took place apon the city, Instead Sinclair decided to run from his problems and barely do any mayoral work and start drinking alcohol again while recovering from his injuries.
The Death of George Sinclair
During his time as mayor, Sinclair sent the Police to Raid Oliver Pattersons Taxi business and during the raid the police found cocane leaves which led to putting a warrent out for Pattersons arrest, The search for Patterson went on for weeks and eventually George, Oleander and Granny Maggie Would Find Patterson and chase him down and alert the police, The Police then caught up to patterson and arrested him. The Joy Sinclair felt at that moment was unmatched. Until not long after he discovered Patterson was Giving a mere 3 month sentence and was already realeased from prison. George Felt a rage build up inside him like never before and started to see red, He then got into a Van with Oleander and Sped all the way to Sandy shores where he would find Patterson where they then started shooting at each other and the gun fight ended with a oil tanker exploding right next to Sinclair which abruptly ended Sinclair Life in the least dramatic way possible which is very Ironic seeing as George Sinclair was a extremely dramatic man.
