Early Days
Larry walters Came to Los Santos to reunite with his Son Frankie Walters but unfortunately 1 day earlier Frankie Was killed in a tragic chevrolet accident. Larry was toldabout his sons demise by mayor Oleander and the chief of police and was handed a box of Frankies belongings (1 shoe and a packet of gum) and sent Larry on his way. While grieveing his dead son Larry ran into Dick Richards who let Larry stay at his apartment for a few nights because Dick and Frankie were friends. While Living with Dick, Larry was forced to watch the movie "Son of the Mask" every night since it was the only DVD Dick had in his apartment.
One day while visiting the hospital Larry Stumbled apon a Standoff between The Lost MC and The Los Santos Police Department and he himself was then taken hostage. During that time Larry Sang Country roads and kept shouting "Terrorists" Eventually he was released and was free to go about his day.
The Great Dick Ball Fire
Eventually Dick Hired Larry in his business Dick Ball as a trainee assistant. During that time Dick was extremely injured by the Lost MC and The Cartel so he was wheelchair bound. One day while Dick was rolling around in his wheelchair, Dick got stuck between two benches in his chair and needed a push to the bowling lanes, Larry tried to help him get unstuck by Kicking the back of the wheelchair causing Gasoline to "piss everywhere" which then got ignited and made the wheelchair explode Blowing up both Dick and Larry and seeting the entire Dick ball establishment on fire. Larry Blamed the terrorists.
Larry for Mayor
One day larry was bored and heard the mayoral elections were coming up and for some unknown reason Larry decided to throw his name in the hat for mayor of los santos. In his campaign he vowed to change...... absolutely nothing and do the bare minimum as mayor, when asked why he ran for mayor he said "Because it sounds like a easy job and i wont have to do anything".
Death of Larry Walters
After the great Dick ball fire of 2022 Larry and dick decided to host a Charaity Event to fund the repairs for Dickball, and one of the events of that night was for the highest bidder to push Dick richards off of Mount Chilliad on his wheelchair. when all of the patrons arrived on the top of the mountain Dick was pushed off the mountain as planned but unfortunately Larry was standing close to the edge and Frank Delaney decided to Headbutt Larry off of the mountain causing him to fall and break every bone in his body (his neck wa the only bone that didnt break) leaving him completely paralized.
Larry was eventually found by Johnny Five who tried to rescue Larry but at some point Larry Passed out and looked like he was dying so Five decided to put Larry out of his misery and shot him in the head Right as Larry woke up saying "I'm feeling a little better actually" Instantly killing him.
When Larry was sent to the morgue he was visited by Alfred Leske who thought it would be ok to chop up larry's body and peel off his skin and collect his head as a trophy, Alfred would then be seen in the future dressed up as larry claiming he was the mayor of the city when hiding from the police.
