Background
Carlo Rizzetti was born to his father in mother in the borough Dukes in Liberty City on a hot muggy day in June. His Father, Giovanni, is the Don of the Rizzetti Crime Family in Liberty City, and thusly he had a pretty good life growing up, even with the violence that surrounded him. Eventually Carlo went off to school leaving the borough earning his MBA from an Ivy League school. Upon returning home he helped his father run the business, picked to be next in line for Don, but shortly after he arrived the feds came sniffing around and started to put together a R.I.C.O. case against the Family. Carlo having kept his hands clean during his time helping was given a chunk of cash and sent out West to Los Santos to try and start a new empire fresh without the Feds sniffing around.
Current Day
Carlo arrived in Los Santos and spent the better part of a month trying and failing to grow the money he was given to build his empire in the city by playing blackjack at the casino. One evening while he was gambling he ran into Gabriel Moretti and Miles Prower, after talking to them for a bit they begun to realize they had similar fields of work and ambitions for how to make their mark on the city. He joined Squadra Di Rapina in a short notice train robbery the next night and after it went off without a hitch, even completing the job before the cops arrived, Carlo was brought into the fold for the business plans the group had. Over the next few weeks they would begin to make connections and begin selling ammo to almost all of the city's active criminal organizations. The main trade Carlo dealt in switched from ammo to information with the Black-market Shakeup at the end of 2023 selling the Monkeyman's, Crafter's, and weapon repair service locations to various gangs.
As a Mechanic
A while after moving to the city Carlo decide to pick up a day job to occupy his time in the city and hopefully expand his network. He worked at King's Autos for 2 months, becoming one of the top earners during his tenure, before being fired in a wave of mass firings toward the end of 2023. Feeling done dirty, he was out to show his worth since they tossed him away so easily, despite being one of the few opening the shop with regularity. He then immediately went to the only competition in town, Blueline Garage and was a top performer there while he was employed by the garage. During this time, he worked closely with Vivian Voss to revive Viv's Body Shop and ended up in a situation where he was able to aid her in buying Blueline Garage at auction for $800,000, as reward for his work with her in bringing her vision to reality he became the Head Manager of her team and operates as her right hand in all matters pertaining to the shop.
Work With Squadra
Carlo has been the one doing the groundwork for most of Squadra's business relationships, acting as the face of the organization during dealings and when looking for talented individuals to bring into the fold, as his skillset is not with the technical aspects of the work they do, but trends more to the social side.
Personality
Carlo is loud, brash, and very respectful, as long as you are on his good side. Very serious most of the time but does have a dry sense of humor that you notice over time.
