Template parameters
This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Date	`Date`	When did it happen? Default YYYY-MM-DD	Date	suggested
Status	`Status`	What was the outcome? Suggested values `Dropped` `Paid Off` `Time Served` `Escaped`	String	suggested
Reporter	`Reporter`	Who was the officer in charge of the arrest? Suggested values `Rank [[Character Name]]`	String	suggested
Context	`Context`	What happened to lead to this incident?	String	suggested
