| Leo was born and raised in England, in Devon. Leo and his sister Nicole were put into the foster care scheme when it became apparent that their parents were in a drug abusive relationship that was fuelled by their employer.

| Their parents worked in the local casino that was owned by the infamous corrupt Mayor. The Mayor was seen as squeaky clean by all who voted for him. However, the casino also was the front of house for the cocaine market. It distributed Class A drugs into the whole of the South-West and some parts of West London. This drug network was invested in by politicians including Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer, corruption throughout the highest levels of British Government. Not many people knew this, only Leo, Nicole and their parents had no secrets between them and they were raised with the ethic to unconditionally trust their family unit.

| Leo’s parents ran all distribution lines, import operations and travelled frequently to South America on business to be sure that they would achieve uninterrupted supply. Any disruption of supply would result in inconceivable events where people would get harmed. They had a small fleet of ocean liners that would also have to be coordinated and Leo's Dad would recruit all crew members to ensure that they could protect the precious cargo. He had a knack to recruit the right people for the right job and place them either at sea, in the warehouses, on the front supply lines or what they would call ‘black ops’, he could understand personality traits and always read between the lines. He ran a tight ship, and was able to judge each and everyone's character very very well and could map out each and every person's role and responsibility to pinpoint precision. He was Leo's mentor.

| In addition, his parents were great politicians themselves, and could navigate and negotiate their way out of many situations with all classes of people. For those not fully informed, they were seen as the ‘top-dogs’ of the operation and no-one knew who they worked for or reported to.

| Leo admired his Dad tremendously, his Dad was able to ‘talk the talk’ as well as ‘walk the walk’, always true to his word, his Dad is a straight talker, no bullshit and can speak to anyone. Leo also has this character trait, he can speak with anyone and comes across as a very approachable fella. He learned lots of social skills and strategies from his father, including how to read facial expressions and people's body language, this later in life formed into a natural talent for Leo for each and every time he plays Poker.

| Leo also adopted his fathers dark streak where he would never hesitate to attack, or capture and torture anyone who does him or his family any wrongdoing. His father would openly take him hunting to train Leo in firearm etiquette and how to skin an animal so he was never reluctant to touch flesh and blood and get his hands dirty.

| Leo and Nicole were allowed supervised visits to watch their parents' court case. Leo would fidget and not pay much attention to the facts of the case, he’d throw spit balls at the District Attorney but he’d wait and be patient for his sister. Nicole was absorbing all facts from the court case and he knew it was important for her to be there. He’d be fascinated by people in and around the room. He’d watch the jury attentively and notice any facial expressions, read into the body language that would give away their inner thoughts. He knew even before the verdict was announced that his parents would be found guilty.

| Leo's dad was sentenced to life in prison and placed in Channings Wood Prison to serve his time. His mother was also sentenced to life in prison and now serves her time in HMP Eastwood Park.

| Entering foster care with Nicole, the siblings created an unbreakable bond to become each others only constant, strength and support.

| The years in foster care were problematic. Leo always looked up to his sister Nicole and always tried to make her proud. He is very protective of her.

| Leo and Nicole caused chaos in the villages in Devon. Spending their downtime running away from the care homes, ransacking other people's houses whilst they were away. They enjoyed vandalising people's private properties and stealing things that were valuable or of use to them. Rarely caught, they were always too fast moving from one house to the next. They used to search for spare car keys and would sell them to other youths and teens so they could steal the cars from peoples driveways at a later date.

| Both Nicole and Leo were bounced between multiple care homes within Devon, and regardless of how much counselling they had, they continued to wreak havoc in the neighbourhoods.

| When Nicole left the foster care scheme years ahead of Leo, the authorities would not allow him to be released into Nicole’s care due to her anti-social behaviour orders and known misdeameanours. In retaliation, Leo was broken out of the foster care home by his sister, never to return and they ran away together bouncing between various towns to continue their life together as a family.

| Leo and Nicole are a solid team and Leo is always the one that conjures and creates plans to achieve their shared goals. He does this so they have a higher chance to get away with any questionable activities as often as possible. However, Leo is a natural risk taker and does make miscalculations but he is not scared of getting caught and enjoys the thrill of the chase.

| He knows that to get where you wanna go, and to do the things you want to do, you gotta work hard, and sometimes without morals. He is a grinder who relishes hard, challenging work and will put his hand to anything if the payout is solid.

| From when Leo learned how to drive, Leo started to steal cars on the streets and he got himself a bit of a reputation with some of the older kids in the neighbourhood. Word got around, he was constantly dared to steal cars and motorbikes from around the cities. He got approached by gangs which led him to become a contract thief from about the age of 16. He never got bored of the thrill, and was able to earn himself a good reputation and the money and rewards he got were good enough to support him and his sister.

| On one contract, he was hired to steal a specific model of car, a yellow 1998 Ferrari F355, a rare car. He had to get good at detective work, working with his sister to watch out locations and report back to him. Leo was a good leader, and enjoyed directing and working with his sister to locate the whereabouts of the car itself. So, when he found the right location, in the dead of night, disabled the tracking device and he got it successfully, however it was only a day or two later he discovered that the car he had stolen belonged to a notorious crime family that had ties all over the South-West UK. They had been asking the gangs if they had seen the car and who could have taken it. They already knew Leo’s reputation so had started asking to speak with him and if anyone had seen him. The crime family knew that if anyone wanted a car stolen, he was the go-to guy.

| It was because of this, Nicole and Leo decided to move to Los Santos, with the hope that Leo will fall off the radar and they can find a new place to call home. One last thing before they left the area, he stole that yellow F355 back for his sister and it is currently on the cargo ship and is waiting to dock in Los Santos.

| Leo is moving with his sister to a new country to start afresh and away from these historical criminal connections. People in the South-West have started to recognise his name and face. Those relatively close to him in his direct network continue to ask a lot of questions which is putting him on edge. With the personal policy of Leo not trusting anyone but his family and since Leo knows who exactly is after him, the risk is that if any one tells the crime family of his whereabouts he believes that he will end up dead.

| He has been constantly anxious and on edge, resorting to taking more drugs to calm his nerves and boost his confidence. He plans to continue to take risks to protect himself and his sister, but ultimately he knows that relocating is the safest thing to do for them both.

| He is unsure of what his future will bring, other than his goals to earn money and buy a house and get some stability. He will continue to build on his criminal skills and make friends and connections in the city. He also wants to be able to support his family and friends aspirations.
